Enjoyed a great 4-night stay in the area. the poolside restaurant served delicious local dishes! 🍽

its location for access to the old city of Valletta and its impressive art deco public rooms and pretty garden. Also very good breakfasts.

the decor & furnishings in our "superior" bedrooms were a little tired /scuffed - not really "5" star quality - also there were very little toiletries provided (eg small bottles of shampoo - but no conditioner).

I liked how the executive double room was set up and that this place is centrally located by the National Museum of Fine Arts, close to the heart of the city and the opera.

Affordable rooms that are clean and come with a balcony, in a fantastic location close to restaurants and bars.

Service at the Phoenicia was as helpful friendly and efficient as on my last visit.

The kind staff and the overall architecture (nice Art Deco features mixed with colonial)

The hotel was really perfect, but the air in Valletta was rather polluted which I did not expect on an island.

My room had a modern design and offered an outstanding view of the harbor. the beds were very comfortable. - the hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the bus station.

The room is modern and cozy, with a welcoming touch of champagne on ice and the option for a wake-up service, located in a lounge area near a tower and theater.

The Phoenicia is the only hotel at walking distance from Valetta. Great for exploring this wonderful city and the three cities. I really like the way the old classical interior has been refreshed, enhancing beautiful details like the wrought 

Everything was first-class, had a really nice stay for a business trip. the location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, about a 10-minute walk into town. - the hotel was close to bars and restaurants. - the food in the 

Exceptional ambience, decor, and friendly staff. Conveniently located near Valletta's main gate and bus station. Highly recommended choice.

Location near city centre. Bar staff friendly. Service at breakfast very slow (15 minute wait for coffee refill). Food adequate

Confusion over charging. Booked for 7 nights. We decided Valletta was too quiet so we moved to St Julien. We gave 48 hours notice, Intially told there would be a one night cancellation surcharge (albeit our room had been re-let within hours of our saying we were leaving). Final nightly rate charged for three nights significantly higher than the nightly rate originally given for those days. (i.e.charged weekend rate). Oh well, we had a great holiday overall!
